Bridge Business Center, set on a 30 acre campus

options to reach the Bridge Business Center from northern
New Jersey/New York, Philadelphia and Delaware, including
Amtrack and Septa R7 rail line service, connected
via the Bristol Rush express bus from the SEPTA train

a 45 minute drive of 10 major colleges and universities.
This state designated Keystone Innovation
Zone is part of the Bucks County BIO-KIZ and a local
real estate tax abatement program (LERTA), abating
future real estate tax assessments based on new improvements
over a 5 year period. There are additional state and
local financial incentives for the development of
